Construction Features :
Pump : Bush bearing type internal gear rotory pump model 'GBX' with shaft supported externally on ball bearing.
Motor : 3ph, 50Hz, TEFC, Flame proof or Non flame proof electric motor of reputed make are provided as a prime mover.
Drive : ' V ' belt pooley, change sprocket or timing rubber belt are provided.
Frame : Compact double-taker design with motor above pump. Fabricated from MS angle and channel with provision for ease in mounting, removal and belt adjustment.
Power Calculation : Add appropriate viscouse HP to Hydraulic HP calculated from press. & capa.[M3/hrxkg/cm3/27]. Provide required margin.
Uses : These pumps are ideal for slow speed running forheavy duty, highly viscouse liquid such as soap stock, mollasses, additives, tar etc. The double-decker design saves considearble space and the unit looks very compact and eligant.
