Reliability, efficiency, elegancy and compactness are standard features for all ROTODEL rotary pumps. They are build over a set of modified profile impeller design viz. HG type pump on 8 teeth, single helical gear design, RD type on 10 teeth herringbone gear design, NDX on 8 teeth herringbone design & some on 12 teeth system. More than 250 sizes & models of pumps spread over 10 series are designed to meet almost all viscous liquid applications and all the range of the competitor. This includes general purpose low cost gear pump in HG, HGBX series from ¾” to 3” size with capacity up to 400 LPM, all stainless steel gear pump in HGSX series from ¼” to 2 ½” with capacity up to 300 LPM, Fuel pressurizing pump in GTX series in 3/8 ½” and ¾ size with capacity up to 25 LPH, sophisticated range of twin gear pumps in RDRN series from ½” to 6” size with capacity up to 125 m3/hr, medium pressure foot & flange type pump in RDBX/ RDNX series from ½” to 6” size with capacity up to 100 m3/hr and barrel unloading pump type GZ in ¼”, ½” & ¾” size, high flow triple twin gear pump type NDX from 5” to 12” size with capacity up to 500 m3/hr.

Company is also focusing to increase the value added business. If, compact and reliable pumps can be designed & developed while not compact & standard systems like loading, unloading skids, lubricating & cooling systems, heating & filtration system etc. Company has already introduced standard skids in simplex & duplex configuration type DSK, which works as ready to use pumping system. Company has also built & sold various such systems meeting customer specification and requirement. The entire range of pumps are shown in following tabulation.
